Job Description: CRUNCH TIME! Apply to work at ULTA and earn extra CASH before the Holidays! The weeks of 11/23-12/6 you will earn DOUBLE TIME PAY FOR ALL OVERTIME WORKED! During this time period there is mandatory overtime 6 days/11 hour shifts for a few weeks. Are you ready to be an essential part of getting the beauty products people love into their hands? As a Picker Packer in our E-commerce department at Ulta Beauty, you'll play a vital role in our fast-paced distribution center, ensuring our customers receive their favorite items quickly and accurately. The shift is 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Friday to Sunday and there will be some overtime hours during off days. What You'll Do: Be a Product Finder Pro: Efficiently locate and gather merchandise throughout our warehouse using an RF scanner to ensure accurate inventory and speedy order fulfillment. Package with Precision: Carefully load items into cartons and onto conveyor belts, preparing them for their journey to our customers. Ship It Out: Assemble packages for shipping, making sure every order is complete and ready to go. Maintain Product Perfection: You'll also help inspect, stock, categorize, count, and tag inventory, keeping our operations smooth and organized. Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes, graphics, writing, logos or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only. Jackets and sweatshirts or any other outerwear with pockets or hoods may be worn into the building but can not be taken onto the warehouse floor.
