As a Bartender , you’ll be at the center of the action—serving drinks, creating memorable guest interactions, and helping keep the energy high. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and serving cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks quickly and accurately
Greeting guests with a smile and providing attentive, personable service
Recommending menu items, upselling cocktails, and highlighting specials
Keeping the bar area stocked, clean, and organized throughout your shift
Monitoring alcohol consumption and following responsible service practices
Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Supporting servers, barbacks, and management to keep service smooth during busy events and game days
Prior bartending experience preferred, but we’ll train the right outgoing personality
Friendly, energetic, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment
Strong multitasking skills with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails—or willingness to learn quickly
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Illinois
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
