Back 2 Basics Pediatric Therapy is a small, boutique pediatric clinic specializing in feeding and early childhood development . We are seeking a motivated Clinical Fellow who is eager to grow clinically, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and build a strong foundation in pediatric speech and feeding therapy.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time Clinical Fellowship (40 hours/week).
  • Provide speech and feeding therapy to children and adolescents (birth - 19 years).
  • In-person outpatient pediatric clinic setting.
  • Some teletherapy opportunities as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete speech, language, and feeding assessments and evaluations.
  • Provide individualized therapy to support short- and long-term goals.
  • Participate in feeding therapy and swallowing-related evaluations as trained.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in supervision, mentoring, and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF).
  • Strong interest in pediatric speech and feeding therapy.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow as a clinician.
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
