Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, client relations, event operations, and business support.

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and clients. You’ll handle inquiries, support registrations and transactions, and help maintain smooth day-to-day operations across events and business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
  • Assist with event registration, scheduling, and general service requests
  • Process registrations, payments, and transactions using internal systems and CRM tools
  • Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
  • Support service quality improvements through feedback tracking
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient customer experience
  • Assist with administrative tasks and operational support as needed
