Job Description

We are seeking a collaborative and highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and support our global digital outbound marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a skilled growth and demand generation contributor who is recognized as a reliable resource. You will support the execution of complex, cross-functional programs, contributing to top-of-funnel growth through outbound channel diversification and implementing methods to streamline virtual experiences and user acquisition.

You will support the strategy, execution, and governance of key digital demand generation channels, sharing key learnings to influence best practices and collaborating with peers to ensure collective success and measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, build, and scale the vision for global integrated campaigns and complex demand programs to consistently exceed new logo leads, pipeline, and revenue goals across mid-market and enterprise segments in paid digital media channels.
  • Execute digital outbound tactics within established governance and operational frameworks globally, including optimization of high-impact email and paid media campaigns.
  • Partner on cross-functional alignment initiatives with product marketing, brand, and sales leadership to ensure digital outbound strategies deliver a high-quality, seamless experience for new prospects.
  • Independently manage and guide agencies and external partners, holding them accountable for best-in-class strategies and execution across all digital demand generation channels.
  • Synthesize campaign and pipeline performance data into actionable recommendations, identifying opportunities for team-level improvements.
  • Maintain accountability for performance tracking and reporting, assisting in resolving data integrity issues to ensure reliable information and measurable ROI.
  • Support the innovation roadmap with AI, personalization, and marketing automation to scale content and enhance engagement with target audiences.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops and RevOps to define and enforce a high bar for data hygiene and quality across account, contact, and campaign data.

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience with deep, hands-on expertise in global demand generation and new business acquisition campaigns
  • Demonstrated proficiency in defining and executing strategies across digital marketing channels and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, GDN, SEM, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex, multi-dimensional campaign, pipeline, and revenue data, turning insights into organizational-level, actionable recommendations
  • A track record of high ownership and independence, consistently overcoming complex challenges and leading execution of multi-channel campaigns with minimal oversight in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle stages, and expansion motions, and the ability to align work with long-term customer and business goals
  • Demonstrated commitment to a Growth Mindset and a Bias for Action, including identifying opportunities for testing and continuous improvement.
