Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Three years of administrative support or clerical work experience.
Preferences:
Experience using the state procurement management system.
Experience preparing state travel authorizations and reimbursements.
Experience providing administrative support within a library, archives or state agency setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support for Division programs at the direction of the management team and completes tasks as assigned. Some examples include completing research for public record exemption forms for the Bureau of Archives and Records Management and assisting with the statewide delivery service for the Bureau of Library and Network Services.
Assists Division staff with procurement following Division, Department, and State of Florida processes and procedures.
Arrange travel and prepare travel documents and forms at the direction of Division staff.
Performs other related duties as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge and ability to use personal computers, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to organize work assignments.
Ability to work effectively in an environment with regular interruptions.
Experience in creating, filing, entering or tracking data.
Experience managing files and records.
