EHS Manager

WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU

• $90,000 - $120,000
• 15% Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• 2 Direct Report
• Reports to the Director of HR
• Lead site safety, health, and environmental programs, driving initiatives that promote compliance, risk reduction, and a strong culture of workplace safety.
• Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to applicable environmental, health, and safety requirements while maintaining accurate reporting and documentation.
• Manage incident investigations, corrective action plans, and return-to-work processes to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop and deliver employee training programs focused on safety, environmental awareness, and regulatory requirements to strengthen workforce knowledge and accountability.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and performance assessments, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance compliance and reduce risk.
• Analyze and communicate key safety and environmental metrics, providing leadership with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and performance goals.

Job Requirements

BACKGROUND PROFILE
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ Years Experience in EHS programs.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Computer Skills
