We're hiring an ambitious, motivated individuals to join our team as an  Entry-Level Management Trainee . This is a full-time, paid training opportunity for candidates looking to launch a career in marketing, event marketing, customer engagement, brand promotions, business development, and management .

Whether you're a recent college graduate, changing careers, or entering the workforce for the first time, we'll provide the hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development needed to help you succeed. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will:

• Participate in paid training focused on marketing, customer engagement, leadership, and management.
• Assist with the execution of face-to-face marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Represent client brands at retail events, community events, and promotional activations.
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support event planning, setup, coordination, and breakdown.
• Educate customers about products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and campaign performance data.
• Maintain brand standards and professionalism during all customer interactions.
• Work closely with marketing managers and leadership teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Complete campaign reporting, administrative tasks, and daily team meetings.
