Role Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact between Guardian Windows and potential customers. Your role is to engage homeowners, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our sales team. You’ll help identify customers’ needs and set the stage for a smooth, informative, and positive experience.

This is an ideal position for someone who’s personable, driven, and enjoys talking with people — no prior experience in windows or construction is required!

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with homeowners to introduce Guardian Windows and our services
  • Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door outreach, events, or inbound inquiries
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with interested homeowners
  • Represent the Guardian Windows brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to new people
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and self-motivation
  • Goal-oriented mindset and desire to grow
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No experience required — full training provided
  • Previous experience in customer service, canvassing, or lead generation is a plus
