Polymarket is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Legal team. You'll work directly with the Chief Legal Officer and Deputy CLO, keeping a busy, fast-moving legal function running smoothly — managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling the administrative details that keep the team focused on high-priority work.

This role is well suited to someone with prior experience in a law firm environment or a recent graduate with an interest in law. You'll be embedded in the Legal team's day-to-day, exposed to a broad range of legal and regulatory work, and trusted with sensitive information from day one.

• Manage complex, heavily overlapping calendars for the CLO and Deputy CLO — anticipating conflicts, prioritizing effectively, and keeping schedules airtight
• Coordinate all travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itineraries for periodic travel related to hearings and conferences
• Track and maintain deadlines including lobbyist registration renewals and continuing legal education requirements
• Monitor and manage incoming mail and email, flagging time-sensitive items and routing correspondence appropriately
• Support the broader Legal team with administrative tasks including filing, document organization, and deadline tracking
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Legal team

• (Plus) Prior experience at a law firm as a legal secretary, legal assistant, or in an administrative support role
