Flooring Installer
Location: Lafayette, IN
Pay: $20–$24/hour
We are seeking a motivated Flooring Installer to join our team in the Lafayette area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with 0–3 years of experience who are looking to grow their skills in the flooring industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with and perform flooring installations from start to finish (demo, prep, install, and cleanup)
Work with a variety of materials including LVP, LVT, laminate, and carpet
Measure, cut, and install flooring with accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate professionally with team members and clients
Requirements:
0–3 years of flooring or general construction experience
Willingness to learn and develop skills
Reliable transportation to job sites in the Lafayette area
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor regularly
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
