Are you a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in keeping a kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly? Chick-fil-A Jett Ferry Road is looking for a Dishwasher / Kitchen Team Member to join our fast-paced Back of House (BOH) team.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficient dishwashing, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and supporting kitchen operations by assisting with prep and basic BOH responsibilities. Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Mid-Shift, 11:00am-8:00pm
• Must be available to work on Saturdays

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing & Cleaning

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
• Maintain stock of clean dishes to support all BOH stations.
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Follow all sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Back of House Support

• Assist with basic kitchen prep including food prep, stocking, organizing, and labeling.
• Support BOH stations as needed, including prep, assembling, breading, and fries , depending on shift needs.
• Work safely around all kitchen equipment and communicate any maintenance issues to leadership.
• Maintain a fast pace and sense of urgency to keep kitchen operations flowing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• No experience required—just a willingness to work hard and learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced , high-energy BOH environment.
• Must be dependable, coachable, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, hardworking, and committed to excellence.
