Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and families.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the State of Arizona.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
CPR certification and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
