What You’ll Do

• Install residential HVAC systems including:
  • Air conditioners
  • Furnaces
  • Heat pumps
  • Ductless mini-splits
  • Geothermal and IAQ products (experience preferred, not required)
• Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and McGee quality standards
• Perform system start-ups, testing, and final checks
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Accurately complete install documentation

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
