**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HVAC/R Warehouse & Parts Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HVAC/R systems and parts, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage warehouse operations efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the inventory management of HVAC/R parts, ensuring accurate records and efficient stock levels are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing warehouse operations, including space utilization, safety protocols, and workflow processes.
- Coordinate the receiving, inspection, and documentation of incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to reduce waste and prevent stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the warehouse.
- Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and delivery terms to optimize part availability and cost-effectiveness.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within the HVAC/R industry.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems and parts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
