Could you be the full-time Manager of Production – P&CRO Center of Excellence in New Castle, DE we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your operational leadership expertise in a cutting-edge and dynamic environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative, results-driven, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end production performance across a complex, multi-technology repair and product overhaul operation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across production, quality, engineering, and supply chain, lead the transformation to a predictable, data-driven operation, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:
Leading all repair and overhaul operations across multiple work centers, including electronics, electro-mechanical, high voltage, and HVAC
Delivering consistent performance against critical KPIs, including First Pass Yield, On-Time Delivery, and Turnaround Time compliance
Owning and executing a weekly, SAP-enabled production planning process
Driving throughput optimization by balancing labor, materials, and test capacity
Leading weekly performance reviews using data-driven KPIs and dashboards
Driving a culture of accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement
Owning cost performance and delivering Lean-driven cost improvements
Leading the integration of new products into the repair portfolio
Driving the evolution to a Center of Excellence operating model with standardized processes and KPI governance

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university in Manufacturing or Engineering
5-10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
Proven leadership in manufacturing, MRO, or repair & overhaul environments
