Role Overview
A professional services organization is seeking a Marketing Associate to support marketing, business development, client engagement, and brand growth initiatives across the firm.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong writing, editing, and project coordination abilities who are experienced supporting professional services environments such as legal, consulting, financial, or corporate organizations.
The Marketing Associate will assist with marketing materials, proposals, digital marketing efforts, event coordination, CRM management, website updates, and business development initiatives while collaborating closely with leadership and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Development
Develop, edit, and maintain marketing materials including pitch decks, client alerts, website content, and professional biographies
Assist with content creation for digital marketing and business development initiatives
Support brand consistency across marketing communications and materials
Contribute to client-facing presentations and promotional content
Business Development Support
Prepare RFP responses, proposals, and client presentation materials
Support business development initiatives and strategic growth efforts
Maintain CRM systems, marketing databases, and contact lists
Assist with legal directory submissions, awards processes, and industry recognition efforts
Digital Marketing & Website Management
Update and maintain website content through CMS platforms
Support SEO optimization and digital marketing initiatives
Assist with social media scheduling, content management, and campaign tracking
Monitor analytics and prepare marketing performance and ROI reports
Support email marketing and digital engagement campaigns
Events & Client Engagement
Coordinate firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client-facing initiatives
Assist with event logistics, scheduling, and promotional efforts
Support relationship-building and client engagement activities
Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and programs
Research & Market Analysis
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
Support strategic marketing and business development planning
Assist with reporting, analytics, and campaign performance reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
3–10 years of marketing or business development experience within professional services environments
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects within deadline-driven environments
Professional communication skills with ability to interact with senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with legal directory submissions and awards processes
Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics tools
Event planning or client engagement experience
Background supporting legal, consulting, accounting, or corporate professional services firms
Compensation & Benefits
