Our facility is looking for a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team as a Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator! The MDS Coordinator orchestrates, directs and schedules completion of the MDS including Resident Assessment Protocols (RAPs) and Care Plans for residents.
Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are both encouraged to apply!
