Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Based

Antioch, IL (near Chicago )
$58 - $60 per hour | 2025–2026 School Year

AB Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based assignment in South Holland, Illinois for the 2025–2026 school year. This role follows the academic district calendar and offers consistent school hours.

Position Details: 

• Location: Antioch, IL
• Schedule: 37.5 hours/week
• Contract: Full 2025–2026 school year
• Setting: School-based

Key Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional skills and school participation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document services and progress in accordance with district and state requirements
• Support safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environments

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Illinois Occupational Therapy License (OTR/L)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to travel between school buildings as needed
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements
