Order Picker/Packer Details:

• Temporary position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

This crucial role is responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory and transporting them to the packing station, ensuring efficient order fulfillment.

For individuals who demonstrate strong initiative and interest, there will be opportunities for cross-training and advancement into a dedicated packing role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pick items from warehouse inventory according to order specifications.
• Safely and promptly transport picked items to the designated packing station.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude, with potential for transition to a packing position.

Order Picker/Packer Qualifications:

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

This position operates within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be on your feet for the majority of the shift.

Required Skills:

• Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to repetitively lift 25 pounds.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Successful completion of a drug screen.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in a warehouse picking or packing role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Reliable and punctual.
