Jump Ahead Pediatrics  is actively seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team near Toms River , New Jersey for a school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

Setting: School-Based Services

• Pay: $20-$25/hour
• Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
• Dates : Sept 2026-June 2027
• Hours : 8:30 am - 3:00 pm, M - F

Responsibilities:

• Assist Classroom Teachers: Provide support to teachers by helping with instructional activities, managing classroom materials, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.
• Support Students' Learning Needs: Work closely with individual or small groups of students to reinforce lessons, assist with assignments, and provide accommodations for those with special educational needs.
• Promote Positive Behavior: Help monitor and guide student behavior in the classroom and during school activities, ensuring adherence to school policies and promoting a safe, respectful learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree Or at least 60 college credits Or you have passed the Paraprofessional Praxis Pro Exam
• Paras must have experience with toileting, aggressive behaviors and low functioning population
