Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and energetic Picker / Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately pulling eyeglass frames, lenses, and accessories from our inventory to fulfill customer orders. Because our products are delicate, we need someone with a "soft touch" and a high level of accuracy to ensure every patient receives the correct prescription frames in perfect condition.
salary: $17 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Precision Picking: Locate and retrieve specific eyewear frames, cases, and lens kits using digital scanners or pick sheets.
- Quality Control: Inspect frames for any visible defects, scratches, or misalignments before they are packed.
- Secure Packaging: Wrap and pack glasses according to company standards to prevent damage during transit (it’s a fragile cargo!).
- Inventory Integrity: Assist in cycle counts and report low stock levels or damaged inventory to the supervisor.
- Organization: Maintain a clean and ergonomic workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
