Core Responsibilities: Master the 72SOLD unique listing presentation and sales process.
Attend pre-booked listing appointments and convert warm seller leads into active listings.
Negotiate contracts, oversee the closing process, and deliver an exceptional, 5-star customer experience.
Participate in weekly training calls and collaborate with fellow agents to share top-performing strategies.
Represent the CITIEA and 72SOLD brands with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
What You Bring to the Team: Active License: A valid Arizona Real Estate License is mandatory.
Sales Expertise: A solid understanding of residential listing strategies, pricing, and transaction management.
Drive Energy: Self-motivated with superior people skills, high energy, and uncompromising integrity.
Closing Ability: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
