**Job Description**:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to our residents. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist residents with daily activities including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.

- Support social and recreational activities, encouraging resident engagement.
- Uphold resident dignity and promote independence in caring for themselves.
- Follow care plans and update records accurately.
- Respond promptly to resident calls and requests.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and co-workers.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to work with the elderly or disabled.
- Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping and communication.
**Physical Requirements**:
- Ability to move and lift residents as necessary.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
