We are hiring a front of house team member! FOH team members generally start as a food runner and move into server, bartender, tour guide, host positions based on their skill set and goals. Please apply to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage items and their preparation in all active spaces within the building.
• Focus on always continuing your education and into all facets of our operations, be it the Bar, Kitchen and Service programs.
• Exudes excellence in hospitality for all employees and guests
• Proactive in their communication with the management team.
• Ability to define and effectively solve and deal with a variety of changing situations under stress.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicting interests with the goal of obtaining cooperation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Compensation & Benefits

· The hourly pay for front of house hourly positions is $16 dollars per hour, plus tips and sales commission.
