Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to own the strategic vision and execution for how Amazons business customers interact with LTPF forecasts and plans. As a senior leader within the LTPF you will be responsible for defining the multi-year roadmap for customer engagement ensuring that business stakeholders across Amazon can seamlessly access understand and act upon our forecasting this role you will manage the lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs that transform how Operations Stores and Finance teams leverage LTPF insights for strategic decision-making. You will work with scientists economists engineers and business customers to architect the customer interaction experience including viewing capabilities auditing tools what-if analysis frameworks and forecast intervention workflows.

- Driving organizational alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager in LTPF:
- You will architect the customer engagement experience ensuring business stakeholders can seamlessly view audit and leverage LTPF outputs for strategic planning.
- You will lead innovation and use of customer-facing tools what-if analysis frameworks and forecast intervention workflows that enable the full business to incorporate strategic decisions into LTPFs forecasts and plans.
- You will serve as the strategic bridge between LTPFs technical outputs and diverse business stakeholders.
- You will own the end-to-end customer journey from initial forecast consumption to what-if scenario exploration to submitting forecast interventions.
- You will gather insights identify systemic gaps and drive strategic initiatives to transform the experience.
- You will use data-driven insights to continuously improve how Operations Finance and Stores teams interact with LTPF.
- You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to determine project priorities manage the lifecycle of complex initiatives from concept to delivery and negotiate resources.
- You will forge partnerships with Product Tech Science and Operations teams to build enhanced capabilities.
- You will regularly present to Directors and VPs publish strategic planning documents and own quarterly and annual reviews with senior leadership.

About the team
The Long-Term Planning and Forecasting (LTPF) organization is dedicated to answering some of Amazons most important strategic questions: Where will Amazons growth come from in the next year What about over the next five years Which product lines are poised to grow significantly Are we investing appropriately in our infrastructure How do our customers react to changes in prices product selection or delivery times Are our infrastructure investments optimal for the level of demand we expect

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
