Job Description

Sr Salesforce Developer and Integration Lead- Sage Intacct

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in integrating Salesforce with Sage Intacct. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable, secure integrations that synchronize financial and operational data between systems. This role works closely with Finance, Sales Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate data flow, automation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support integrations between Salesforce and Sage Intacct

  • Build and maintain Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs

  • Implement real-time and batch integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware

  • Develop data synchronization for objects such as Customers, Orders, Invoices, Payments, and Revenue

  • Work with Sage Intacct Web Services (XML/REST APIs) and authentication methods

  • Ensure data accuracy, error handling, logging, and reconciliation processes

  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

  • Optimize Salesforce performance and integration reliability

  • Support testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring

  • Create technical documentation and integration diagrams

  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide production support

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

  • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Sage Intacct

  • Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Flows

  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Platform Events)

  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial data concepts

  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, Celigo ) is a plus

  • Familiarity with OAuth, token-based authentication, and API security

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Order-to-Cash or Quote-to-Cash processes

  • Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or billing integrations

  • Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes

  • Agile/Scrum development experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Sage Intacct certification or deep functional knowledge

  • Experience in SaaS, finance, or ERP-heavy environments

  • Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer certification
