We prioritize using whole, minimally processed ingredients sourced from conscientious farmers, resulting in dishes bursting with remarkable flavors. This approach yields a menu that is satisfying and memorable, yet never excessive, a quality our guests crave whether it's a casual Tuesday lunch or a festive Saturday night celebration.
Ama is currently in search of enthusiastic people who resonate with embracing the Northern Italian lifestyle. While international travel and experience is always a plus, it is in no way a requirement. What is a requirement is passion. A passion for food, beverage, service, hospitality, making people happy, and most of all: Restaurants. Ama is a restaurant by people who LOVE restaurants. The good, the crazy, the laughs, the chaos, the organization, the weeds... All of it. And we are looking for people that feel the same way. We are rooted in positivity and professionalism, and look to have fun in as many moments as possible.
Ama’s name stems from the poem "Ama e fa ciò che vuoi", a profound work that encapsulates the essence of living with love as a guiding principle. It beautifully reminds us that when love directs our actions and intentions, we find true fulfillment and purpose in whatever we choose to do.
Our Support Staff position works primarily at night, for approximately 30 to 40 hours a week.
