As a Technical Sourcer on the Terafab recruiting team, you will build and execute the search strategies for identifying the industry's brightest minds beyond education background, years of experience, or geographic location. You will move beyond traditional methods to identify, engage, and assess top-tier engineers globally. We are seeking relentless, innovative talent hunters capable of deploying creative sourcing strategies to bring the world’s elite engineers to Tesla. What You'll Do Utilize the entire sourcing toolkit to identify top talentBuild robust engineering pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needsDevelop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managersMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changesEducate hiring teams on market trends, compensation analysis, and moreFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring 2+ years sourcing experience in an in-house or agency environmentFast paced thinking with the drive to solve unstructured problemsTechnical curiosity to build tools, infrastructure, and processes where it doesn’t existExperience recruiting for high-touch rolesStrong ability to track and manage data and workflowsStartup experience is a plus
