Spanish Restaurant & Gin Bar

At Enoteca, we are more than a restaurant. We are a destination for Spanish wines, Basque-inspired cuisine, and one of New York's most extensive gin collections. We are looking for passionate, energetic, and hospitality-driven servers who love creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and personalized service to every guest.
• Guide guests through our Spanish food menu, wine list, gin selection, cocktails, and daily specials.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of Spanish wines, gin brands, tonics, and signature cocktails.
• Accurately enter orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar team.
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set throughout service.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support fellow team members during busy service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, or willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
