1st Class Pipefitter – Day Shift (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced 1st Class Pipefitter for full-time day shift work in Houma, LA. The role involves fitting, assembling, and installing piping systems in an industrial or marine environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-focused, and skilled in reading blueprints and working efficiently with minimal supervision.

Must-Haves

• 3+ years pipefitting experience (industrial, marine, or construction)
• Ability to read isometric drawings and blueprints
• Experience with pipe cutting, threading, and fitting
• Knowledge of common pipe materials (carbon steel, stainless, PVC)
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening
• Commitment to safety and PPE

Preferred

• NCCER or trade certification
• Shipyard or offshore experience
• Tack welding ability (a plus)
• Rigging experience
• TWIC card or ability to obtain
• Leadership or crew lead experience
