$45,000 to $55,000

• Schedule: Full‑time | Mon–Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 10am–3pm
• Pay Structure: hourly base + uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
• Potential annual earnings $45,000 to $55,000, top performers can make up to $60,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage shoppers and event attendees; start friendly conversations and capture leads.
• Promote brand awareness and create strong first impressions.
• Set appointments and hand off warm leads to the sales team.
• Represent the company professionally at stores and events.
• No hard selling — your focus is starting conversations and creating opportunity.

What You Bring:

• Positive, outgoing, motivated attitude; strong communication.
• Team player with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Available during listed hours; comfortable working in busy retail/event environments.
