CNC Operator
SmartTalent is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated CNC Router Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating CNC router table machinery and digital software to produce high-quality signage across a variety of plastic and metal substrates. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and values teamwork and precision.
LOCATION: Everett, WA
SCHEDULE:
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 5am – 3:30pm $22.00 hour
PAY: $21 - $22

Key Responsibilities
Utilize CNC router table machinery and digital software to mill, drag, and knife route plastic and metal substrates
Clean routed signage using specialized finishing tools
Label, stage, and transport finished signage following internal protocols
Perform routine machine maintenance according to internal and vendor standards
Work digitally within inter-company communication and work order systems to clarify specifications
Maintain quality while working in a fast-paced production environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders
Continuously build and expand skills to support growing production capabilities
Qualifications
· Experience operating CNC router equipment preferred, but not required
· Comfortable working with simple hand tools
· Strong attention to detail and quality control
· Ability to follow written and digital work instructions
· Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
· Strong time management skills in a fast-paced setting
Physical Requirements
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time
· Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
