The team works in a strategic, data-driven operating model and partners with growth-focused online businesses on ongoing retention and lifecycle programs.
✍ Short Description:
The Email Marketing Manager (Klaviyo & Lifecycle) will lead end-to-end email and lifecycle strategy for a portfolio of clients, acting as the main strategic point of contact and working directly with clients to define direction across segmentation, lifecycle planning, and performance optimization. This is a highly strategic, client-facing role focused on owning the “what” and “why” behind each account’s email program, rather than executing implementation tasks directly. The person in this role will guide internal specialists across implementation, design, and copy to ensure execution aligns with the strategy set for each client. Strong Klaviyo expertise is essential, and experience in agency environments and with e-commerce brands will be highly valued.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)

Responsibilities:
Lead email and lifecycle strategy for client accounts, defining segmentation, automation direction, campaign planning, and optimization opportunities.
Serve as a client-facing strategic partner, leading conversations, presenting recommendations, and aligning strategy with business goals.
Own audits, performance analysis, and strategic roadmaps to improve retention, engagement, and revenue across accounts.
Provide direction to internal implementation, design, and copy teams, ensuring deliverables reflect the strategic vision established for each client.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain account momentum, strategic consistency, and high-quality output.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement based on account performance, client needs, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
Qualifications:
6-7+ years of experience in email, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo is required.
Proven experience in strategic email marketing roles focused on planning, optimization, and performance analysis rather than execution only.
Confidence working directly with clients in a client-facing role.
Experience in an agency environment is strongly preferred.
Experience working with e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.
Strong ability to build segmentation and lifecycle strategies based on data and business goals.
Ability to collaborate with and guide cross-functional teams including implementation, design, and copy.
