Mountain Vista Senior Living is hiring a Grounds Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep and appearance of our beautiful senior living community. This is a part-time, day-shift role with competitive pay, strong team support, and a mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain outdoor grounds including lawns, landscaping, and walkways
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal clean-up
• Assist with snow removal and ice management during winter months
• Ensure outdoor areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing
• Monitor and maintain basic irrigation systems
• Perform minor outdoor repairs and report maintenance needs
• Support overall campus appearance and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of groundskeeping equipment and safety practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
• Experience with snow removal equipment
