Il Cervo, located next to the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee’s historic Deer District, is on the top of The Trade, Milwaukee’s premier luxury hotel. Il Cervo is currently looking for you, an experienced hospitality professional hoping to showcase their skills in a brand new 10,000-square foot, high-end Italian restaurant. Il Cervo’s menu features hand-rolled pasta, homemade mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, and dry-aged steaks served Florentine-style, and will boast an Italian focused wine list with over 300 labels. Job Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• A hospitality-first mindset
• 2 or more years of salaried restaurant management experience
• Experience in leading and training teams of 25 or more employees
• Profit & loss expertise with proven history of revenue growth, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense management
• Obtain a ServSafe (or equivalent) certificate and Responsible Sellers within 90 days of employment

Experience: Restaurant management: 2 years (Required)
