Job Description

About Client

Our client is a high-performance coaching and advisory company that helps HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors scale from roughly $1M to $100M+ in revenue through proven operational, leadership, and growth systems. Built by an experienced industry operator and rooted in real-world execution (not theory), the organization’s mission is to help blue-collar business owners regain control of their time, strengthen their families, and build enduring businesses with purpose.

Job Description

The High Ticket Closer is an on-site, full-time sales role based in Castle Rock, CO, responsible for enrolling qualified contractors into the client’s flagship coaching programs (typically $3K–$10K+/month) via phone and Zoom. This is not an entry-level sales seat—this position requires a documented record of consistently closing high-ticket offers, running consultative 45–90 minute enrollment conversations, maintaining elite close rates, and operating with integrity and accountability while working closely with marketing and the on-site sales team.

What We Offer

  • Highly Competitive, Flexible Compensation: Choose between 100% commission or a base draw + commission structure tailored to your preference

  • Uncapped, Top-Tier Earnings Potential: Aggressive commission plan with substantial upside for elite performers

  • Premium, Warm Inbound Leads: Consistent flow of pre-qualified, scheduled appointments from a proven marketing engine — no cold prospecting required

  • Accelerators & Performance Bonuses: Additional earnings for hitting monthly/quarterly targets and major revenue milestones

  • Fast-Track Career Advancement: Clear pathway into Senior Closer and Sales Leadership as the company rapidly scales

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of high-ticket closing experience (typically $3K+ offers) with documented results

  • Consistent success closing $3K–$10K+ offers in a consultative sales environment

  • Proven track record of strong earnings in commission-heavy roles (e.g., $100K+ annual)

  • Ability to lead long-form, enrollment-focused calls (45–90 minutes) with business owners

  • Strong objection handling skills without pressure tactics; commitment to ethical selling

  • High accountability: accurate tracking, follow-up discipline, and “no lead left behind” mindset

  • CRM proficiency and comfort managing pipeline, KPIs, and daily activity standards

  • Coachable, competitive, and driven by performance feedback and continuous improvement

  • Experience selling coaching, consulting, info products, or B2B services preferred

  • Must be willing and able to work on-site in Castle Rock, CO (not a remote role)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Close 15–25+ high-ticket enrollments per month via phone and Zoom with warm, qualified leads

  • Run consultative sales calls using a defined enrollment framework focused on fit and transformation

  • Maintain a high close rate on qualified, shown appointments (targeting 25%+ as a baseline)

  • Accurately log all activity, call outcomes, and notes in the CRM with precision and timeliness

  • Manage pipeline daily: follow-ups, reschedules, next steps, and conversion workflows

  • Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly on-site trainings to improve performance and alignment

  • Collaborate with marketing by reporting lead quality trends, recurring objections, and messaging gaps

  • Uphold brand standards in every interaction: direct communication, professionalism, and authenticity

  • Take full ownership of show-up rates and conversion outcomes; identify and execute improvements

  • Consistently represent the offer with integrity—enroll clients who are ready, aligned, and committed to doing the work

We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
