(Physician/MD qualifications required) Hospitalist- Nocturnist - Hospitalist & Nocturnist Opportunities Dyersburg, Tennessee

Join a collaborative and well-established hospital medicine team in West Tennessee. We are seeking Hospitalists and Nocturnists to become part of a supportive group of 8 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider, with the additional support of a dedicated clinical performance nurse who helps drive quality outcomes and operational success.

Our team maintains a strong culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, meeting monthly to review performance metrics, discuss group initiatives, and identify ways to enhance patient care. Physicians work in an environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and clinical excellence.

Position Highlights

Established hospital medicine program with a collegial team environment

Average daily census of 1215 patients per provider

Admissions typically range from 05 patients during on-call periods

Open ICU with strong subspecialty support

Collaborative work environment with cardiology, pulmonology, nephrology, general surgery, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, orthopedics, and wound care specialists

Dedicated nocturnist coverage (7 PM 7 AM)

Opportunity to work alongside APP students from Bethel University, supporting education and training initiatives

Schedule

7 days on | 7 days off rotation (MondaySunday)

Flexible scheduling options available

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Commitment to teamwork and high-quality, patient-centered care

Eligible to work in the United States

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary with productivity and performance bonuses

$60,000 commencement bonus
