Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Helper to assist our maintenance team in keeping our industrial laundry facility running smoothly. This is an entry-level position, ideal for individuals looking to start a career in maintenance or industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist maintenance technicians with basic repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Help move, clean, and organize tools, parts, and supplies.
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of equipment, work areas, and facility as directed.
• Monitor machinery for unusual noises, leaks, or other issues and report them to the maintenance team.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support other general maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
