What You Will Do:

As a Project Coordinator at Enbridge, your duties will involve:

  • Owning and managing defined project deliverables and execution components, with the autonomy to plan and sequence work in alignment with evolving project priorities and construction achievements.

  • Analyzing construction progress, cost, schedule, and risk data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, providing decision-enabling insights and recommendations to the Director and execution leadership.

  • Proactively assessing execution risks and impacts, escalating only atypical, high-risk, or materially significant issues while resolving routine matters independently.

  • Leading the development of coordinated execution updates, synthesizing complex information into clear narratives that highlight implications, options, and recommended actions.

  • Collaborating with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Safety, Construction Services, and other functions to drive coordinated execution and resolve cross-functional issues.

Who You Are:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A university degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience.

  • At least 4 or more years of previous related experience.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • A background in project delivery of various sizes.

  • The capacity to handle a heavy workload and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Technical certificate or degree in Engineering or other technical field.

  • PMP or equivalent certification in Project Management.

  • Construction management/execution experience.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone

Salary:

  • Ranges from $80,500 - $115,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
