Responsibilities: Show up in the office regularly to participate in training and team activities. Learn and implement our play and scripts to effectively engage with clients and close deals. Provide exceptional service to clients, guiding them through the buying or selling process. Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes to better serve clients. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies for success.
Qualifications: All experience levels are welcome, from new agents to seasoned professionals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed. Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and tools. A commitment to providing top-notch service to clients.
