We’re seeking a Sous Chef to help lead a high-performing culinary team in one of the most vibrant food and beverage destinations in the country. Located in beautiful Bend, Oregon, our brewery and kitchen pair Belgian-inspired beers with thoughtful, elevated cuisine, all within a collaborative, people-first environment.

This is more than a production role. It’s an opportunity to lead, mentor, and grow in a kitchen that values professionalism, creativity, and balance.

• Partner with the Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations
• Drive consistency, quality, and execution across all service periods
• Train, mentor, and develop BOH team members
• Maintain strong systems around prep, inventory, and ordering
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
• Support menu execution and seasonal changes
• Step into leadership during service—calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented

• 3+ years in a Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Lead role
• High standards for food quality, cleanliness, and organization
• Proven ability to lead a team through busy service with composure
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage (beer knowledge is a plus)
• A mindset focused on accountability, growth, and team success
