Early Childhood Toddler Teacher – Spanish SpeakerMcLean, VA Are you passionate about working with young children and want to make a meaningful difference in their lives? At the Transformational Education Adventure (T.E.A.) Center, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Toddler Teacher to join our fast-growing childcare team. Hours: Flexible between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM This role is perfect for teachers who speak Spanish and basic English and are excited to support children’s learning and development. Qualifications * Must love working with children * Fluent in Spanish; basic English skills are acceptable * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to follow county and Dept. of Social Services standards * Open to ongoing professional development and training * Able to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Responsibilities * Supervise and care for toddlers (ages 15 months+) in a safe, nurturing environment * Encourage positive behavior and support children in managing emotions * Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate daily activities and lessons * Monitor children individually or in small groups to maintain safety and program rules * Support parent orientations, explaining policies and classroom routines (in Spanish) * Help organize and coordinate activities and events that enhance children’s learning * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment * Participate in staff meetings and support ongoing training as needed Why Join Us?
